Updated

Nothing really cool going on. I am having digestive problems so I am not recording my weight until I can get some relief.

I took two days off because I was lazy (it was my birthday) and my tummy wasn't feeling well. I felt really great today though. I ran 6:1 today and then ran an extra 5 minutes. I want to start a new training system where I will increase my minimum time to 3o minutes and do the interval things and then when I can run 30 minutes straight I'll start doing sprinting intervals. I don't know if it is possible but ideally I would like to complete my 5k in less than 3o minutes. 

Felt very strong today. I worked out my legs and core yesterday and my legs and back and obliques are sore! 

I am doing well with my stretching. I am putting more yoga into my stretches. I am becoming more flexible! I hope to be able to do some of those bad ass yoga moves soon!!
