Running and Injuries...

Saturday I did this thing where I ran 9 minutes of my first mile, 8 minutes of my second mile and 5 minutes of my 3rd mile. I killed my hip and had to rest a while. I got up and ran this morning. I have decided to do this as my training:

run 3 minutes, rest one and repeat 5 times

I'll do that for a week and move to four minutes. 

I am having to stretch like crazy and ice and heat my hip. I feel like an old lady...i might even smell like one! 

I have also been watching my calories. I love running because it allows me to eat more! lol And since we are celebrating valentines on thursday I am saving up some calories every day because we are going to salt grass and eat steak like crazy!!
