Luckily There are Other Ways of Measuring Success

I weighed myself this morning and weighed 136.2 again. I small part of me was sad (10%) but the other part of me said oh well. 

Since I am running and working out I feel as though even if I don't lose and ounce right now I am getting stronger. Every time I improve my running time or distance that is an achievement. Every time I work out and can go longer and harder than I did the week before I feel great. I can see my body changing.
