Running has been great the last few days. I have been going off track and just running on the sidewalks. I find this more entertaining to me because I can't run everyday on the same track. I find my new way keeps me motivated to go longer. Saturday I did my 3:1 thing and at 20 minutes I kept on running until 27 minutes and then took a minute off and ran 2 more minutes. My hip was starting to hurt and I didn't want to push myself too much.
I did yoga yesterday and some strength exercises today. I feel really great. I actually perhaps may have more energy. I use to take a nap almost everyday and I can't remember the last time I took a nap.
One pound down...19 or so to go!
