No Much to Report

I am using an application on my iphone to help track my calories from food and exercise. I am still doing quite well. I made enough room to eat 700 extra calories tonight at the steak place!!!

I ran my 3 days in a row and did yoga yesterday. I am sore. I mean SORE!! 

This has been pretty easy. Okay not easy but not as horrible as I would have thought.
