On my fourth day I weighed 139.6 and my fat percentage was 24.7. I don't remember my starting weight at all. Here is my thinking on this. You may lose some fat but you also lose muscle too. I think in all I lost 6 lbs or something (some of that was poop) and my fat percentage started at 25. something and only got dow to 24.7.
Here I am now and have went from 140 to 136 and have gone from 25 percent body fat to 24 percent body fat. So I am proud of myself for losing fat and not just muscle.
