That didn't happen that tomato soup never left my stomach and come to think of it I believe it is still there.
The only thing that makes me not feel like a complete failure is that for my beginning rate I am suppose to run one day on one day off.
I did run on wednesday that 4:1 schedule and let me tell you I died. I ran so slow and so horrible it was sad. I completed it though and I guess that is the point. I don't know what happened. It wasn't like I ran so much more I only ran 1 extra minute in 20 than I did last week.
I am wondering also if I should do some actual running training so I can go faster. Now I am just concentrating on running longer distance and longer periods of time.
Some how today I have to get motivated to run....
