The Breaks Make Me Feel Lazy

I did some core exercises today and hopefully kicked my own rear, but that being said I thought I kicked my rear yesterday and have yet to feel pain in my legs. I want PAIN so i know there is GAIN!

Did well eating today. I always do well when we don't eat out though. I mean that is easy, stock your house with only healthy food. 

I have kept up with the stretching and feel pretty good about it.
