I think now would be a good time for me to figure out how many minutes I am running in each ration round.
3:1 which was repeated 5 times so that is 15 minutes
4:1 which was repeated 4 times so that is 16
5:1 repeated 3 times & ended with 2 so that is 17 minutes
6:1 repeated 2 times and ended with 6 so that is 18 minutes
7:1 repeated 2 times and ended with 4 so that is 18 minutes
8:1 repeated 2 times and ended with 2 so that is 18 minutes
9:1 repeated 2 so that is 18 minutes
10:1 repeated 1 and ended with 9 so that is 19 minutes
wow such a long way to go!!!
One another note I enjoyed my run today and felt good. I didn't feel too pushed or feel as though I was overdoing it. It felt semi natural with the exception of my hip. I might need to ice that!! I did finally run a mile under 11:00!!!!
