SICK!

I haven't ran since sunday. I got sick sunday night and have been since. 

On Sunday I ran the farthest I have! It was nice and I think I could have ran longer but since i had a blister and wasn't running in my running shoes I stopped. 

I feel okay but my throat still hurts. I am debating running. I think if I do I'll have to wait until it is pretty warm.

An Off Day

With the temperature at below freezing I am glad today is my off day! Horray! I have got to do some toning exercises because I have not been doing that as much as I wanted to. 

Today is my new week so I will start my yogurt, fruit, coffee, spinach, chocolate, wine diet!

This New Weeks Additions

Yogurt and or fruit for breakfast. 

Spinach salad at some point. Dark Chocolate small serving. Serving of wine at night. Coffee (oh darn!). 

Start being more aware of calorie choices.

And again

I did run today. I did the interval thingy. What I did today was jog the entire time and 4 times I ran faster for 30 seconds at a time. Tomorrow is going to be pretty cold so I don't know for sure if I'll be running but I think we are going to Dallas so we'll be walking alot! 

Still thinking of my next week addition...

6 out of 7 isn't bad

I ran the last two days. One while I was out of town! Amazing right! I made accomodations for me to go running today so I am about to start that.

I think I have thought about my next weeks adventures. And how I am going to add to my list. 

I have been eating breakfast and running. I think I am going to adapt the breakfast thing to something less filling like yogurt.

Three in a Row

Day three and I ran my rear off (well not literally because i love my rear).

I took some advice from my husband and did this interval thing were i jogged at my normal pace and did 3 30 second intervals of running hard. it doesn't seem like much but let me tell you afterwards i felt it. The good thing is that that is something I can do a few times a week to add something to my routine so I don't get horrible bored.

Cayeene Pepper

Today I went running and before I headed out I drank a glass of water mixed with a half teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I don't quite know the effects it had but supposedly it is suppose to help you burn 20 percent more calories 20 minutes after ingesting. 

I ran a mile and walked a little afterwards. I am extremely sore and weak and hope to be normal tomorrow. 

Introduction of Sorts

I am not entirely sure of everything going on right now. I know I do want to lose weight and for the last two days I have exercised. I know I am not happy with my size and I want to be smaller. I want to be healthy. I want to fit into my old clothes. I want to look in the mirror and be proud. 

I don't want to make a 180 right now but I do want to make some small changes to my lifestyle. So for now I am adding exercise. I am going to be running/walking and doing some strength building. Lets get something straight though. I do not like exercising. So this is going to be a little tough but I need to start somewhere. 

I also want to start eating breakfast everyday. 

So there it is for this week 15 minutes of cardio everyday along with eating breakfast. Strength building almost every night. Work core every night.
